My 9 Pro is constantly going dead. I'll charge it up and shut it off, and a couple of days later it's dead again. Seems like it started doing that after a recent update. Am I doing something wrong?

Same problem with my Tripltek T93, After some working time (diffrerandomly s between a few minuts to half an houer) it shuts off and will not start for a few houers (althogh it is fully charged)
What shal I do ?
My 9 Pro is dead, will not charge, will not turn on, Support will not respond. This is my 2nd unit, I had the 8 before this and it did the same thing.
