WARRANTY POLICY AND OPTIONAL EXTENDED WARRANTY

LIMITED 1 YEAR WARRANTY

Information

This limited warranty begins on the original date of purchase.

Please make sure to register your Tripltek Tablet here: https://www.tripltek.com/register

To receive warranty service, the purchaser must contact Tripltek for problem determination and service procedures at support@tripltek.com.

Warranty service can only be performed by a Tripltek-authorized service center. The original dated bill of sale must be presented upon request as proof of purchase to Tripltek or Tripltek's authorized service center.

 

Accidental damage is not covered under this Limited Warranty. However, you can buy an optional extended warranty and accidental coverage on the section below this page.

Warranty Service

To obtain assistance on where to deliver the Product, please contact us at support@tripltek.com. If Tripltek determines that any Product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, you must pay all parts, shipping, and labor charges for the repair or return of such Product.

You should keep a separate backup copy of any file contents of the Product before delivering the Product to Tripltek for warranty service, as some or all of the contents may be deleted or reformatted during the course of warranty service.

EXTENDED WARRANTY AND ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE

Tripltek also provides the option to purchase Extended Warranty plans and Accidental Damage coverage separately, either at the time of ordering a Tripltek Device or within the first 15 days of ownership.
